Marcus Aurelius. A.D. 161-180. AE sestertius (31.2 mm, 26.87 g, 6 h). Rome mint, Struck ca. A.D. 173-175. M ANTONINVS AVG TR P XXVIII, laureate head of Marcus Aurelius right / IMP VI- (II?) COS III, Jupiter enthroned left holding Victory and scepter // S C. Cf. RIC III 1096; cf. BMC IV 1470. EF, exceptionally well-engraved portrait in top style - a few weak letters in reverse legend but nothing missing. Deep olive patina. Possibly unpublished.

Although RIC 1109 is similar, it's listed as IMP VII and only quoted with "laur, dr. & cuir bust r." There is no cognate Jupiter reverse for IMP VIII in RIC (RIC III, pp. 300-309)
