[D N] CONSTA-NS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Constans right; A in field to left / FEL TEMP REPARATIO, Constans in military garb standing facing, head right, holding Victory on globe and labarum in prow of galley steered by Victory; A // TE B. RIC VIII 122; LRBC 1649. VF, very little wear, nicely detailed devices,, but struck slightly off-center on skimpy flan crowding legends, losing a few letters; gray/tan patina, much silver remaining, tan deposits in recesses and fields.
From old collection with individual tray included, neatly hand written in Spencerian calligraphy, in German.
