French West Africa / Togo 1956 P-47 PMG Choice UNC 63 500 Francs
A fantastic (and perhaps underrated) rarity from French West Africa. This design was more commonly issued by the West African States, but this is the first iteration of this classic design. Very scarce in all grades and particularly so in uncirculated grades as seen here. Good eye-appeal for the technical grade is noted, and this offering represents an extremely infrequent offering of a challenging type from this issuer. An opportunity not to be missed.
