His pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear and shield ornamented with a horseman spearing a fallen foe; FL IVL CONSTAN-TIVS PERP AVG / Roma, helmeted, and Constantinopolis, turreted with foot on prow and holding scepter, enthroned facing eachother, holding between them a shield inscribed VOT/XXX/MVLT/XXXX in four lines; GLORIA REI PVBLICAE around, SMANH in exergue.
