Scotland: The Union Bank of Scotland, 1 Pound, 02.11.1863, intaglio printed SPECIMEN proof without signatures and serial number, handwritten notice "Nov 16th 1863 / N°3/" and stamp "Specimen" lower center on front, like P.S770 but without "ONE" in green letters on front, larger stain left center, lightly toned paper and minor margin split, otherwise very nice and intact, Condition: VF/VF+. Rare!
