Crowned monogram within wreath / Crowned double-headed imperial eagle facing with wings displayed, holding scepter and orb, collared coat-of-arms on breast; crown above; banner below. Bitkin 644; Diakov 656; KM (C) 59.3. Brown surfaces, a few edge bumps. Good VF.
