NGC MS64 | USA, 'Indian Head' Gold Dollar, 1889 G$1, Philadelphia, Type 3, by James Barton Longacre, Liberty 'Princess' head, with feather head-dress left, rev. denomination and date within wreath, milled edge, 1.68g, 6h (PCGS 7590; NGC ID# 25DU; KM 86; Fb. 94), nailmark to cheek, otherwise with an attractive mint-lustre and lightly toned, much as struck, a delightful example of the last year of issue with a reported issue of 28,950 pieces, in NGC holder, graded MS64 (Cert. #6295548-007).
