Umayyad Caliphate, Gold coinage. AV Dinar (18.9mm, 4.24 g, 7h). Without mint-name. Dated AH 89 (AD 707/8). Two pellets below i of dinar in reverse margin. ICV 167; Walker 200. Probably once mounted, the reverse with surface pitting characteristic of contact wear. Good VF, obverse better.
