"I(ndiktionos) 13 - Theoktistu hypatu / kai geniku kommerkiariu apothekes Hellispontu kai Lydias"; "Indiktion(sjahr) 13 - (Siegel des) Theoktistos, Hypatos / und genikos Kommerkiarios (der) Apotheke (von) Hellespontos und Lydiens"; - Bisher scheint nur ein Siegel dieses Kommerkiarios bekannt zu sein: Indiktionsjahr 11 (727/728) Paralos tu Pontu: Zacos III 1596, 2765 Tafel 191; PMBZ 8035. Die Apotheke von Hellespontos und Lydien wurde im Jahr 11 (727/728) von Theophanes, Patrikios & basilikos Protospatharios, geleitet (Zacos I 316, 236 Tafel 42 und 176f Tabelle 25), irgendwann, ebenfalls unter Leon III. und Konstantinos V., 720/729, von Iohannes, Hypatos (Schlumberger 197f = Zacos I 176f Tabelle 25). - Die Provinz Hellespontos umfasste das nördliche Mysien, mit der Hauptstadt Kyzikos; die Provinz Lydien die Konvent-Bezirke von Sardeis und Thyateira, mit der Hauptstadt Sardeis.
