TROAS, Kebren. Late 6th-early 5th centuries BC. AR Tetartemorion (5mm, 0.14 g). Head of ram left / Quadripartite incuse square. Cf. SNG Ashmolean 1076–7 (obols); SNG von Aulock –; cf. SNG Copenhagen (Cyprus, etc.) 366 (obol); cf. Klein 311–2 and 815 (triobol, obol, and hemiobol). Good VF, lightly toned, granular surfaces. Very rare denomination for type.
