Cn. Plancius. AR Denarius, Rome mint, 55 BC. Obv. Female head right, wearing causia; on the left, AED·CVR·S·C; on the right, CN·PLANCIVS. Rev. Cretan goat right; on the left, bow and quiver. Cr. 432/1; B. 1 (Plancia). AR. 4.09 g. 18.00 mm. Great metal and full weight. A very attractive example, brilliant, with underlying luster and lightly toned, with iridescent tone. About EF/Good VF.
