Breast Star, 78 mm., Silver, hallmarked "925", maker's mark "AB - Arthus Bertrand", gilt silver centre with enameled details, smooth reverse, with vertical pin and two side hooks, in the original case of issue by "Arthus Bertrand - Paris", with rosette.
