Constantine II, as Caesar, 316-337. Siliqua (Silver, 19 mm, 2.41 g, 6 h), Constantinopolis, 334-335. Plain-diademed head of Constantinus II to right. Rev. CONSTANTI-NVS CAES / CONSΓ Victory advancing left, holding wreath in her right hand and palm frond in her left. Ramskold, Silver emissions (2018), p. 180, fig. 12L (this coin, emission 6). RIC 127 var. (unlisted officina). RSC 72. Very rare. Beautifully toned and with a charming portrait and an excellent pedigree. A few minor marks and faint scratches, otherwise, very fine.
