Eadgar (959?973), Penny, moneyer Ive, two line type, small cross pattée, legend surrounding, +E?DGAR REX, crescent emblem in legend. Rev, three cross pattées across centre, moneyer name in two lines, trio of pellets above and below, IVE?/ ONE?, 1.34g (S.1129; N.741; HT NE V; CTCE.59). Struck on a full flan, some deposits both sides, metal stress striations on the obverse, moneyer script bold and concise. About very fine, reverse better.
