William III (1694?1702) Crown, 1695, Octavo edge year, first laureate and draped bust right, toothed outer borders both sides, legend surrounding, GVLIELMVS III DEI GRA. Rev, crowned cruciform shields, Lion of Nassau at centre, eight strings to Irish early harp, date flanking top crown, legend reads MAG BR FRA ET HIB REX. Edge inscription +DECVS ET TVTAMEN ANNO REGNI OCTAVO (S.3470; Bull. 991; ESC.87). Good extremely fine with underlying brilliance, light attractive tone.
