Rev, crowned cruciform shields, including the the Arms of Hanover, ornamental sceptres in angles, garter star with sunburst at centre, date flanking top crown, reads BRVN ET. L. DVX S.R.I.A.TH ET. EL (S.3631; Schneider 548; EGC.510, R; MCE 251). Lustrous even toning both sides, portrait well detailed, some contact marks, 8 o'clock edge track gash giving the flan a slight undulation, some other edge imperfections consistent with a detectorist find.
