Elizabeth II, 1952?2022, Set of Three Gold Medals Commemorating the 90th Birthday of Sir Winston Churchill, 'This was their Finest Hour', in Original Box of Issue, 3x AV medallions (50mm/50.07gm.) 32mm/17.48gm; 20mm/3.5gm.) by Christopher Ironside struck by the Austrian Mint in 1964. Bare head left of Churchill, rev. British lion holding Union flag, same design on each medal. Certificates for larger two stating 90% purity – BUT in contradiction each medal bears the imported hallmark for London 'i' [18] 750. Ie 75% purity !!! (Total weight of three medals 71.03gm.), 5,000 issued, Mint condition with original lustre. [3]
