Constans II. 641-668. Æ Follis (24mm, 4.70 g, 6h). Carthage mint. Struck 650/1. Crowned facing bust, wearing chlamys, holding globus cruciger / Large M; monogram above; SCL. DOC 178; MIB 207; SB 1107. Dark olive and earthen patina. Near EF. Overstruck on an earlier follis of Constans II from the Carthage mint (as is typical for issue).
