Tied for finest in the PMG population report and an extremely challenging note in this format. Only the second specimen of this issue we have handled and a note of which most known examples are in strong hands. Like all examples of these specimens, it has been previously mounted, but the mounting remnants are fairly minimal and not distracting. The overall paper quality is strong, and the note is fully original. PMG mentions "Previously mounted".
