The initial denomination in the 1977 series, seen here in specimen format with both a bold red overprint and a specimen perforation. Very seldom offered in this format and the single finest in the PMG population report. Of note is also the fact that this specimen carries the first prefix, and it is likely that this was one of the very first notes of this design printed.
