SICILY, Uncertain Punic mint. First Punic War. Circa 264-241 BC. Cast "AR 5 Shekels – Dekadrachm" (39mm, 37.77 g, 6h). Head of Tanit left, wearing wreath of grain ears and single-pendant earring / Pegasos flying right; Punic B'RŠT (= "In the land") below. Jenkins, Punic, F29 (same dies as illustration). Toned. As made. A fine reproduction of this spectacular type.
