Obv. ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, Laureate head to right.
Rev. CONCORDIA AVGVSTORVM, Caracalla and Geta, both togate, standing facing each other, holding Victory between them.

This very rare gold coin comes from the collection of the famous Operatic tenor, Enrico Caruso (1873-1921), an international celebrity of his time. One of the greatest singers of his era, Caruso was also an avid collector of (Ancient) coins.
