THESSALY. Larissa. Circa 475-450 BC. Obol (Silver, 11 mm, 0.87 g, 3 h). Head and neck of a bull to right, with the head turned to face the viewer. Rev. ΛA Head of bridled horse to right, within incuse square. Liampi, Corpus 18 (V10/R11). BCD Thessaly II 148 (same dies). Light scrape on the obverse, otherwise, good very fine.

The BCD catalogue humorously notes that the partially hidden A behind the wall of the incuse square was the result of the die engraver running out of room after he engraved the Λ, then took artistic license with how he engraved the A. We note that this must mean that he was not from Rhodes, where long magistrates' names often extend from within incuse to the field outside of the incuse (for example: https://www.coinarchives.com/a/openlink.php?l=1889246|4425|147|a551caa3dd41f28c10be11accec54ec8).
