LUCANIA. Thourioi. After 280 BC. Nomos (Silver, 19,5 mm, 6.37 g, 9 h). Head of Athena to left, wearing crested Attic helmet, the bowl of which is decorated with a griffin. Rev. ΘΟΥΡΙΩΝ Bull butting right; abve, owl flying to right. HN III 1894. SNG ANS 1102 and 1103 (obverse/reverse). Very fine.
