Bronze 98.94 g., 59 mm; This medal was issued to mark the 40th year of the establishment of the Haifa Refinery. Obv: In the centre, the refinery. On the rim, a citation: "Purified Seven Times", Psalms 12:7; Rev: In the centre, two storage tanks can be seen behind a brick wall. An inscription: "Oil Refineries Ltd." in Hebrew and English. All the medals have been numbered. Medals are numbered to 2050, 39 not minted, 415 melted. Number of medal on the edge: 1346. Designed by the Shamir Brothers and Nathan Karp.
