2005 & 2006 Proof Half Sovereign set
A two coin half sovereign set containing proof half sovereigns from 2005 and 2006. Both have the obverse portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley. The reverse on the 2005 was designed by Timothy Noad and is a depiction of St George slaying the dragon with a sword and shield and the date "2005" below. The reverse of the 2006 is Benedetto Pistrucci's famous depiction of St George and the Dragon. In case of issue. Cert. No. 312 (2)
