Lee Collection, in old American Missionary Church Tithe & Offering Envelope dated 7 April 1929. In January 1898, the West Factory of the Jiangnan Silver Dollar and Regulation Coins General Mint in Nanking started striking coins with a weight of 7 fen. This lasted for only a few months.
