BARAKZAI: Muhammad Zaman, 1842/2nd reign, AR rupee (9.44g), Kabul, AH1258//1258, A-3160, KM-486, obverse legend copies exactly the couplet of Shah Zaman, used AH1207-1214 (type #3008), but distinguished by date, style, and weight, pleasing VF. Short half couplet tentatively read as madad kon darin zaman ya saheb oz-zaman, "O Master of Time, help us during this time," appropriate during the First Anglo-Afghan War.
