Together with riband bar; oxidised bronze collar badges (2); Australia title in oxidised bronze; Anzac 'A' badge in brass (2, different types); Returned from Active Service badge (AIF), reverse numbered 128962; Returned Sailors & Soldiers Imperial League Australia badge (large two figure type), reverse numbered 63468.

Wynfrith Revell Reynolds, orchardist, age 33, born at Exeter, Devonshire, England; Enl.01Sep1914 at Pontville, Tas, with previous service with Transvaal Town Police (1 year), Cook Islands Inspector of Police (1 year), Cape Police D3 (2 years), Robben Island, Sth Afr (1 1/2 years - wounded); Emb.20Oct1914 as Trooper with 3LHR; to Gallipoli 09May1915; to AIF HQs as Pte 26Jan1916; various hospitalisation 01Sep1915 to 11Apr1916 - debility and pyrexia and finally neurasthenia and cardiac irritability; RTA 11Apr1916; Disch.01Aug1916; Died 30Jan1950 at Auckland, New Zealand from heart related causes determined to be as a result of his wartime service.
