Norman Cedric Dodd was the youngest son of Rev. E.J. Dodd of Packenham East. He married Joyce Agnes Scarcebrook of Hawthorn East at the Church of Christ, Swanston East on Friday 20 September 1940 and named her in his will dated 12 November 1940.
