Minturnae Second Punic War issue. Corn-ear and KA series. AE Sextans. Sicily, 207-206 BC. Obv. Head of Mercury right; above, two pellets. Rev. Prow right; above, corn-ear; before, KA and below, ROMA. Cr. 69/6a. AE. 6.46 g. 19.00 mm. Nice brown patina; traces of overstriking. Good VF. This new attribution to the Minturnae mint follows the new study published by Clive Stannard.
