Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Caracalla right, seen from behind vis-a-vis bareheaded, draped, and cuirassed bust of Geta left, seen from the front / River-god Istros reclining left, holding ears of grain, water flows below him. HH&J 8.20.32.1; AMNG 1623; Varbanov 3166. Green-brown patina, minor roughness, smoothing. Near VF. Extremely rare.
