Crowned facing bust, wearing consular robes, holding mappa and eagle-tipped scepter / Large X; A/N/N/O - Ч/IIII (date) across field; cross above; R. DOC –; MIBE 100b var. (date configuration); SB 536 var. (unlisted date). Dark brown patina, some bare metal exposed, some light smoothing. Good VF. Extremely rare variety with a previously unknown date configuration. Only one example of this year in MIB but with the date reading as ςIII.
