Henry VII (1485-1509), Regular Issue, Groat, 1505-1509, Tower, triple band to crowned profile right, rev. square-topped shield over long cross fourchée, 3.04g, 5h, m.m. pheon (North 1747; Spink 2258), lightly crimped to darkened surfaces, nevertheless the portrait most pleasingly struck up, good very fine, the portrait better; also, 'Sovereign' Penny, York, Archbishop Rotherham, keys below shield, single pillar to throne, no stops, 0.78g, 12h (North 1728; Spink 2237), slightly clipped, otherwise the reverse with a rich tone, good very fine (2).
