Charles II (1660-1685), Crown, 1671 VICESIMO TERTIO, second laureate and draped bust variety right, rev. stop after HIB, crowned shields cruciform, interlinked C's in angles, ten strings to harp, 29.41g, 6h (ESC 42 [var.]; Bull 382 [var.]; Spink 3357), cleaned and lightly bagmarked, some hairline scratches to the reverse, otherwise pleasingly struck-up to some of the higher detail, a bolder very fine.
