William III (1694-1702), Great Recoinage, Halfcrown, 1697 NONO, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, eleven strings to later harp, edge lettered downwards, 14.93g, 6h (ESC 541; Bull 1021; Spink 3487), light flan adjustment marks through central devices, otherwise with a most pleasingly cabinet tone and a full and flashy lustre, extremely fine.
