George II (1727-1760), 'Old Head' Shilling, 1758, old laureate and cuirassed bust left, rev. crowned shields cruciform, eight strings to harp, edge obliquely milled, 5.98g, 6h (ESC 1213; Bull 1734; Spink 3704), a touch of rub to hair and haymarked, otherwise with fully lustrous surfaces, toned, pleasing very fine.
