George III (1760-1820), Shilling, 1787, with stop, rev. with hearts, seven strings to harp, edge obliquely milled, 5.98g, 12h (ESC 1225; Bull 2129; Spink 3746), lustrous, good very fine; also, Sixpences, 1787, no hearts (4), edges obliquely milled (ESC 1626; Bull 2187; Spink 3748), two with pleasing lustre, good very fine to very fine; and, Sixpences, 1787, with hearts (2), edges obliquely milled (ESC 1629; Bill 2190; Spink 3749), light lustre, very fine; lastly, 'New Coinage' Sixpences (2), 1816; and, 1817, edges milled (ESC 1630; 1632; Bull 2191; 2195; Spink 3791), the first lightly rubbed, yet toned, very fine, the second a faint tone to somewhat matte surfaces, about extremely fine (9).
