Opening of the Bridge Dunkeld, AE Medal, 1808, unsigned, BRIDGE OF DUNKELD, view of the bridge, LENGTH 685 FT. BREADTH 27 AND CENTRE ARCH IS 90 FEET in exergue in three lines, rev. BUILT BY THE MOST NOBLE IOHN DUKE OF ATHOLL EXPENCE ABOVE L30 . 000 FOUNDED 24TH. JUNE 1805 AND OPEN'D THE 7TH. NOVR. 1808, 51mm, 44.77g (BHM 639), the surfaces very faintly fingermarked, nevertheless lustrous and with an attractive tone, extremely fine and rare.
