The reverse design is in a similar blue color as the front, but intricate lathe work by the engraver is showcased throughout as the primary design. A highly elusive issuer, and the first example we can recall handling in recent memory. Rare, and this note will surely fill a void in most top tier collections of Chinese Empire era currency.
