Designed by Jody Clark / Three standing female figures in classical dress, representing Ireland, England, and Scotland. A harp, a Union Flag shield, and a thistle lie at the feet of the respective personification. Artist signature to the left and quiver and palm frond in exergue; FOEDUS INVIOLABILE.
