Reverse: DE GERMANIS. on architrave. Triumphal arch surmounted by two trophies, each with a captive seated, in centre, equestrian statue of Nero Drusus left.

Nero Claudius Drusus, who as governor of Spain led various campaigns on German territory, was the step-son of Emperor Augustus and father of Emperor Claudius.
