(g) Charles II (1660-1685), "Company of Royal Adventurers Trading into Africa", Two-Guineas, 1664 Elephant, first laureate bust with pointed truncation right, Elephant below, rev. crowned shields cruciform, emblem-adorned sceptres in angles, five strings to harp, edge straight milled, 16.66g [257.0grns], 7h (Stratos 152; Schneider II, 430; EGC 204; MCE 32; Spink 3334), the milling retouched at 12 o'clock where previously mounted, and the surfaces lightly polished and sweated otherwise residually lustrous, struck details about very fine.
