A surprisingly scarce emission and the second-year of issue for this collectible type, the last of which we handled in 2018. Though examination from an angle reveals fine hairlines across the surfaces, this piece maintains the majority of its near-Mint State appeal and originality, showcasing a uniform lemon-gold appearance and subtle instances of residual luster to the protected regions of the legends.
