Head of Athena right, wearing pendant earring, necklace and triple-crested Corinthian helmet pushed back on head, the bowl decorated with coiled serpent right, hair falling loose below, crest ends short and parallel / AΛEΞANΔPOY / BAΣ-IΛEΩΣ, Nike standing left, wreath upward in right hand, cradling stylis on left arm; HYP monogram in wreath in inner left field below wing, HP monogram in inner right field below wing. Price 3716 var. (sphinx on helmet). SC 81.9. Gorgeous reflectivity with touches of deeper toning around the designs. Evidence of tooling thus ineligible for encapsulation.
