CONSTANTI-NVS P F AVG, laureate head of Constantine I right / VICTORIA CONSTANTINI AVG, Victory advancing right, wreath upward in right hand, palm in left over shoulder; bound captives seated on ground to right and left, PTR in exergue. RIC VII 190. Extremely rare - only two examples in sales archives.
This appears to be a donative issue minted for the celebrations surrounding the elevations of Crispus, Constantine II, and Licinius II to the rank of Caesar.
