A highly unusual Pattern 5 pounds boasting the proud portrait of Gamal Abdel Nasser to the nickel core. While the cleaning is evident, this does little to detract from the absolute rarity of the piece at hand as we have been unable locate anything similar to cross the auction block in recent decades.
