ENGLISH:Proclamation, struck on bronze planchet, 42 mm diameter, very fine details, engraver's signature "GIL" on lower left side of shield, fairly clean surfaces, reminiscent of luster in fields, minimal contact in high points, homogeneous light brown tone, spots of verdigris on face and front of bust.
