PHOENICIA, Arados. Circa 138/7-44/3 BC. AR Tetradrachm (32mm, 15.16 g, 12h). Dated CY 173 (87/6 BC). Veiled, draped, and turreted bust of Tyche right / Nike advancing left, holding wreath and palm frond; in left field, ΓOP (date) above Phoenician A above MΣ; all within wreath. Duyrat 3447–59 (obv. die D64); HGC 10, 72; DCA 772. Light golden hues around the devices, flan crack. VF. Struck on a broad flan.
