NABATAEA. Obodas II(?). Circa 30-9 BC. AR Half Shekel (18.5mm, 4.76 g, 12h). Pre-reform coinage. Petra mint. Uncertain date. Diademed head right / Eagle standing left on thunderbolt; unclear date across central field. Cf. CN 21 for similar style. Toned, rough surfaces, crude strike. Fair.

The name and date are both unclear on the reverse, but the style of the obverse portrait is most similar to the examples of CN Type 21. However, this coin could also be an issue struck under Malichos I.
